The Director will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the educational initiatives. This includes developing educational policies, overseeing curriculum and instruction, ensuring quality standards are met, and overseeing the budget and resources of the education department. The successful educational leader will have the proven ability to develop and implement successful educational strategies.
Director Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement educational policies, procedures and programs
• Oversee curriculum, instruction, and assessment initiatives
• Develop and lead high-quality professional learning programs for teachers and administrators
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and manage the budget for the education department
• Ensure quality standards are met for all educational programs
• Collaborate with school district partners and community stakeholders
• Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
DirectorRequirements and Qualifications
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in business or education or related field
• Previous experience in an educational leadership role
• Proven ability to develop and implement educational policies and programs
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
