• Full-Time Permanent Role – 5-Day Work Week, 44 Hours (Shift Work)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Associates by providing excellent cashier services to enhance the customer experience.
• Accurately process various payment methods (cash, credit cards, etc.), ensuring adherence to company policies and high compliance standards.
• Handle transactional processes such as returns, exchanges, refunds, and GST tax refunds, following company guidelines.
• Conduct daily transaction reconciliations and ensure effective cash flow management, verifying cash amounts at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Input transaction and customer data into the system, generating invoices with precision.
• Assist in preparing the daily cashier report to maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to overall store operations, including gift wrapping and other operational tasks as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to maintain a positive and productive store environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of cashier experience in luxury retail or a similar retail environment.
• Expertise in operating cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and integrity in handling cash and transactions.
• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Excel and Word, with strong typing skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Description:

The responsibilities of the Property Manager shall include but not be limited to the following:

• Co-ordinating and integrating all works performed under the Services;
• Represent the Managing Agent in all communications with the People’s Association under the contract;
• Monitor and report to the People’s Association on the progress of all works in connection to the Contract;
• To prepare project cost estimates and specifications for minor improvement and office re-configuration works;
• To update and administer both pre- and post-contract administration works for Term Contracts and minor improvement works;
• To monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and payment are promptly made to contractors and service providers;
• To lead a team of technical and nontechnical staff in performing preventive/ad-hoc maintenance, facilities and building works;
• Co-ordinate and supervise works done by contractors and ensure their performance are in conformance with the Service Level Agreements.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Building Services or Facilities Management or Mechanical or Electrical
• Or equivalent with at least 5-year relevant working experience with minimum 3 year in supervisory roles in related field.

0830 - 1800Hrs
Saturday:

0830 - 1230Hrs (Alternate)

Key Responsibilities

Functional and Automation testing experience including tools such as Selenium, UFT, JIRA, Postman

• Degree in software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering or infocomm-related discipline
• Must have professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation
• Strong understanding of testing techniques, risk analysis
• Strong understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Experience with automation scripting (i.e. Python and shell scripts)
• Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks (i.e. RobotFramework, Selenium Webdriver)
• Experience with open-source performance testing tools (i.e. JMeter, Gatling, Locust) or enterprise level testing tools (HP LoadRunner)
• Experience with open-source penetration testing tools (ZAP, Burp Suite, SQL Map) or enterprise level penetration testing tools (HP WebInspect, Nessus, CheckMarx)
• Working experience in Agile environment will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
