Job Description :

1. Product Knowledge

• Responsible to receive/gather in time all information regarding product specifications or modifications of existing products, upgrading or extending existing/new products. This information/s is necessary to strengthen product knowledge so that these can be translated and explained clearly to distributors / customers.
• Keeps up technical knowledge by making suggestions to the management on which continuing education programs may be useful for him/her.

2. Implementation of favorable conditions to support sales/marketing target achievement

• Conducts application and theoretical training for the representatives of the different distributors in the region.
• Provides end-user training, as and when necessary
• Develops to strengthen the product knowledge of distributors (Eg. Training manual, etc)
• Handles product-related complaints and other application issues and provides excellent assistance for troubleshooting purpose/s.
• Maintains regular communication and continuous contact with all the subsidiaries & distributors.

3. Reporting

• Prepares and submits a monthly activity report to the Supervisor. This report includes activities done in the past month, issue resolved and to resolve, and plan of action for the next 2 months.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Clinical Flowcytometry lab, with a focus on leukemia and lymphoma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and conduct, both personally and professionally.
• Ability to travel 20% - 40% of the year.

JOB SUMMARY
The Information Technology Associate is a technology professional proficient in many facets of information technology without any specific specialty, who possesses general business knowledge and soft-skills allowing him/her to be adaptable in a wide array of IT-related work environments. The IT Associate is able to fulfill different supporting roles depending on specific technology needs, ranging from technology support, web page design, or application training, to data security, software testing, project management, etc. The IT Associate performs basic and recurring functions of IT departments within the organization, and often is the front line workers for those departments.
