Job Summary

The Solutions Manager plays a key role in designing and delivering trade finance solutions, leveraging 5+ years’ experience in banking or financial service industry. This position focuses on understanding client needs, structuring solutions across products like letters of credit, guarantees, and supply chain finance, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth implementation. This role requires strategic thinking to drive innovative solutions, build strong partnerships, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Finance Solutions Design

• Develop and deliver tailored financing solutions for supplier and anchor-led businesses, including factoring, invoice financing, payable, and receivable financing.
• Manage the end-to-end process from client pitching, credit underwriting, program structure design, client onboarding, and up-selling financing products.

TradeTech Services Leadership

• Drive TradeTech mandates by promoting and selling technology capabilities to international banks, anchor clients, and partners.
• Act as a key contact point to educate clients on technology offerings, foster innovation through partnerships, and expand the company’s digital trade finance ecosystem.

Client-Focused Collaboration

• Represent the company in client engagements, working with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Risk & Compliance, Data & Technology) and external parties (funding partners, third-party platforms) to create comprehensive client solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and support business growth.

Product Champion Role

• Develop and execute product growth strategies, optimizing the end-to-end client journey from onboarding to solution delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product offerings, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.

Execution and Delivery

• Oversee the entire execution process, including deal structuring, commercial negotiations, funding arrangements, legal documentation, and operational/technology setup.
• Ensure seamless coordination across teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring strong, ongoing partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to deepen client engagement and drive revenue growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with proven expertise in trade finance being essential.
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance products, including factoring, invoice financing, and payable/receivable financing. Familiarity with associated risks (credit, fraud, FCC, legal) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Requirements

Scope of Work

Operational Management:

Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure compliance with company standards.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.

Project Management

Team Supervision:

Lead, train, and manage cleaning teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.

Client and Vendor Management:

Reporting to Shift Supervisor, this position will execute and maintain manufacturing process operations by physically performing the task of process control, equipment monitoring and in-process analysis to ensure the production process strictly follows company safety standards and environmental regulations and product quality is within customer's requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Support Shift Supervisor in handling plant start-up, shutdown manufacturing process according to established procedures
• Support production activities such as in-process quality testing, catalyst preparation, equipment preparation for maintenance, loading & unloading of process solvents
• Perform all routine task required to maintain manufacturing process such as monitor process parameters, plant patrolling, data logging and housekeeping
• Perform safe work practices through following safety regulations and supporting safety programs
• Ensure safe working conditions through taking corrective actions to maintain equipment and process condition within safe operating limits
• Perform company emergency response in areas of firefighting, rescue and loss containment
• Maintain plant safety equipment through routine checks
• Execute predictive maintenance to identify and prepare equipment for maintenance before breakdown
• Prepare or update standard operating procedures based on acquired experience and new technical know-how
