About the role:

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue and executes data-driven strategy for Four Seasons Resorts Maldives, Four Seasons Private Island Maldives at Voavah, and Four Seasons Explorer Palau. Job Description - F&B Admin Executive:

• Purchase Order – Review the PO and approve in the ERP system
• Receiving – Verify and approve in the ERP system
• Monitor and Report F&B Spending, COGS to outlet leaders
• Following up on the deliveries
• Sourcing – new or alternative products
• Price Comparison and price negotiation
• New Account opening for new supplier
• Data updating in ERP system – new code (SKU) creation, recipe updates
• Liaison with suppliers
• Coordinate with operations team
• Coordinate with finance department on various issues
• Work with retail buying team to conduct cost analyses and set benchmarks for continuous improvement, monitoring and controlling cost

Requirements:

Job Scope –

• Handle day-to-day admin & accounting functions (data entry and bookkeeping into the accounting system)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management:
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, deliverables, and budget for operating the funding.
