UWCSEA East has part-­time vacancies for teachers of High School Spanish from August 2024.

We anticipate a 75%+ teaching load for this coming year. The successful candidate will teach a range of Spanish language acquisition classes from Beginner to Intermediate level in the High School. Enthusiasm for and experience of teaching students between age range 14 to ­18 is essential. Candidates who also have experience of teaching Primary and/or Middle School Spanish will be at an advantage.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are an excellent and inspiring practitioner with the drive to continually develop within the profession. The actual determination of classes will be dependent on the skill set of the appointee, the needs of our students and timetabling requirements.

Person Specifications

The AI/Chatbot Executive will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and chatbot solutions within Contact Centre.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance digital awareness and engagement of the museum and its offerings and help scale the museum towards mass-personalisation marketing.
• Manage the National Museum of Singapore, Changi Chapel and Museum as well as Reflections at Bukit Chandu websites, overseeing the design and development of any other new system requirements that may affect the websites, particularly integration of CMS (Sitecore) and CRM systems. 
• Lead in digital project management and work with external vendors and internal teams during project and content development, as well as the management of post project follow through such as maintenance and data analysis of results against agreed outcomes. This includes execution of the digital marketing projects for exhibitions and programmes, conducting UX design validation and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a positive overall user experience.
• Manage media buying and creative agencies on delivering digital campaigns, and monitor effectiveness, finance management and develop contingency strategies when required.

The Metta Home for the Disabled and Metta Home Day Activity Centre (慈光乐陶苑及智障日间活动中心) were set up in December 2000 to offer community care options to adults with intellectual disabilities who are aged between 18 and 55.

Funded by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS), the former is a purpose-built facility designed to accommodate 103 residents, whereas the latter is supported under the MSF and Tote Board Social Service Fund to provide day care services for a capacity of 50 beneficiaries.

Our programmes aim to equip all recipients with the skills and means to lead independent and fulfilling lives, so as to achieve social integration and quality of life. Tending them with holistic care and working closely with their primary caregivers to provide well-rounded support is a multi-disciplinary team comprising a social worker, training officers, staff nurses, assistant nurses, nursing and therapy aides.

As a Programme Executive, the candidate is responsible in the following areas:

1. Main Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate & develop appropriate activities, outings, events, programmes for clients with Special Needs
• Monitoring progress and milestones of programmes
• Evaluate, revised, initiate new programmes based on changing needs, climate
• Train relevant staff to appropriately conduct programmes for clients with special needs
