Marketing Operations Specialist (SG) 

12 Months fixed term contract

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will support the most prominent Technology brand in supporting APAC workstreams. You will manage the planning and operational processes for the team, including budgeting, headcount management, and marketing promotional strategies and campaign operations. This role focuses on campaign operations, retail marketing, and marketing promotions.

Responsibilities: 

• Support marketing projects and initiatives for the team - including e-commerce and onsite retail marketing projects. 
• Help in annual and quarterly planning, including budget and headcount processes; identify and develop key operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner across the broader Marketing organisation and sales teams to implement, maintain, and continuously optimise operating models meant to focus on ways of working between teams.
• Constantly find opportunities to streamline, connect and simplify approvals, create best practices and share learnings. 
• Help manage large-scale e-commerce marketing content initiatives with multiple workstreams in a highly dynamic environment. 
• Work with stakeholders and agencies on processes and guidelines for projects.
• Manage and lead projects and efforts between multiple stakeholders - partner agency, client, and own teams. Facilitate a good feedback process for campaign workflow optimisation.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency working on technology or consumer-led projects and clients 
• Experience with marketing operations across online and offline channels (e.g., website, mobile, retail stores, onsite promotional campaigns), managing launch timelines, and launch programs across diverse markets for the online space
• Ability to synthesise launch schedules and effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally across different teams
• Ability to execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and reviewers, and the ability to deliver projects on time with high accuracy
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage diverse high-visibility priorities concurrently.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning APAC.

As a Legal Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our legal function at Love, Bonito. The role will report to the Head of Legal.

Main responsibilities

• Contract review and drafting: Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Administrative support: Perform administrative tasks, such maintaining legal databases, tracking deadlines, and managing legal documents and files.
• Legal research: Provide legal research support on various issues including regulatory compliance, contract interpretation and case law 
• Compliance: Assist with ensuring that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations by tracking changes in the legal landscape and helping to develop compliance programs and policies.
• Corporate Governance: Assist in managing corporate governance matters, such as preparing board meeting materials, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with corporate bylaws.
• Data Privacy and Security: Support efforts to maintain data privacy compliance, including implementing the data privacy plan, drafting and reviewing privacy related policies
• Assisting in all key legal-centric projects 
• Training and Education: Assist with legal training and education to employees on compliance issues, ethics, and legal best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years working experience as a practicing lawyer or in-house associate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prior experience as a legal counsel in a business environment will be preferred
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
• Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Bachelor of Law or J.D. degree in law
• Called to the Singapore Bar or equivalent 
• Well-versed in Singapore laws and regulations
