The Opportunity:

We are looking for talented, curious, and energetic Analysts who embrace teamwork and automation to quickly mitigate or escalate critical processing issues. An Associate Analyst is responsible to fully support the batch processing for Visa’s Debit, Data Platforms, and Core Systems applications in a multi-data center environment. The daily duties include monitoring batch processing flows, resolving errors following incident and problem management processes, and supporting daily change activities. You will get to see your efforts support critical processing of financial and non-financial data our clients depend on.

The Work itself:

The Associate Analyst is responsible for the management and recovery of the Visa’s Core batch applications and services which include:

• Monitoring batch processes and file transfers

• Taking corrective actions to recover failed jobs and file transfers to ensure batch processing is executed on time to meet SLAs

• Communicating with Clients via e-mail and phone to address issues or provide status on file deliveries

• Escalating appropriately based on documented processes

• Documenting all issues following standard ITIL Incident and Problem management processes

As a Site Technology Specialist, you will work with clinical sites and provide technical support and expertise related to technology (Kidney imaging, cell therapy, radiology and renal ultrasounds).

You will:

• Provide clinical sites with technical support and expertise related to technology (Nuclear medicine, kidney imaging, interventional radiology)

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. This means being partners’ point of operational contact (escalations, operational friction patterns), managing stakeholders and conducting business review meetings, providing solutions to partners looking to improve the operational state and supporting them through the execution. This means understanding how well our responses solve the cases raised, what we can do to improve the resolution rate and reduce the amount of contacts by working with the internal teams for your partner and for the whole region in particular. Collecting feedback from assigned partnerships to identify key improvement areas.

What a Pre-Sales Senior Manager does at Visa:

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Pre-sales (VGS) in the Asia Pacific region that is a self-starter, hands-on, ready to learn and experiment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role is client-facing and focuses on the pre-sales, solution design and technical development phases of an opportunity by supporting our regional frontline sales functions. The Solution Architects works directly with the public sector, issuing/acquiring clients as well as partners/ enablers to evaluate pain points in the iterative design thinking process and helps define the value proposition for both Visa and the client.

Visa’s strategy on capturing a share of new flows focuses on Government payments as a key pillar. Visa Government Solutions (VGS) is a new team established for this purpose. AECOM undertakes design works for major geotechnical/tunnel projects. When such on-going projects are available at the design stage, the students would be engaged works related to analysis/design on geotechnical engineering/related structural engineering design/analysis to assist engineers in the design process, depending on available of such works. While they are engaged in assisting the engineers, they are trained on the aspect of design works in which they are involved.

Depending on the availability of projects, they may be rotated among a few projects. When on-going projects are available at the construction stage, students would be given opportunity for site visit and learn about construction techniques.
