We are looking for a committed Maths TEACHER (Cambridge A level) to complement our qualified workforce of educators.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.

Specifically:

• Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work.
• Deliver lessons and provide the necessary supervision to students as a mentor or form teacher.
• Provide necessary supervision to the students, manage the classroom, and address discipline issues.
• Prepare and mark examination papers and assignments.
• Monitor the performance and progress of each student and provide academic counselling.
• Teach students according to their aptitude (Differentiated Teaching)
• Perform Intervention duties: Identify and discuss students’ academic and pastoral needs with parents/academic team/student relations to find a way to help students.
• Attend team meetings and staff development workshops.
• Support scheduled school holistic activities when directed to do so.
• Oversee and advise the assigned non-academic / Co-curricular activities.
• Enable students to attain required proficiency for university admission.
• Collaborate with the team in curriculum development, appraisal system, and project management.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Year-end procedure, audit, coordination of legal affairs, tax, GST, insurance, cash flow, bank, payroll, and overall accounting

· Coordinates all accounting systems activities within Siltronic under consideration of the strategies and goals of Siltronic group. Selects and develops personnel. Reviews performance and determines appropriate recognition

· Communicates with and support Manager-Controlling on issues pertaining controlling, financing and accounting

Job Requirements:

· Full-fledged CPA with a degree in Accountancy or its equivalent qualification

· Good knowledge and understanding of local accounting standards, with experience in SAP and income tax matters

· Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership, initiative and teamwork skills

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure within tight reporting deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Ensure overall success of a project, or a platform, by ensuring that prioritized user stories are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

• Manage and monitor product backlog and MVP, risk and change management to ensure delivery of MVP on schedule, within scope and budget.

• Plan and manage product backlog and MVP, its objectives, and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of the business outcomes of the Authority.

• Plan and lead the development of the business case/concept paper and funding.

• Plan and lead the overall procurement activities, in particular tender specifications compilation, tendering, tender evaluation, recommendation, and award.

• Lead the development of the overall product backlog and MVP schedule and activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Agile product management.

• ICT product management and people management skills.

• Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.

• Results and customer oriented.

• Proven ICT project/product management experience, preferably in medium to large scale ICT projects in government sector.

• Hands-on, delivery focused and pragmatic.
