Responsibilities:

• Assist TCM physicians in patient care and treatments.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
• Manage patient flow and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Administer basic TCM treatments under physician supervision.
• Educate patients on prescribed treatments and herbal medicines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
• Participate in clinic events and community outreach programs.
• Promote and sell treatments and services.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and basic Mandarin (to educate patients on TCM Herbal Medication consumption).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
