Job brief:

We are looking for a Training Executive to facilitate our training division. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of advisors within the organisation, as well as assisting in administrative duties of the Training department such as preparation of training schedule, weekly reports, and training materials, wherever necessary.

In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Training:

Facilitate training within the Training division, which includes

• Skillset and Product Knowledge training for new advisors, trainees and interns
• Out-of-classroom training
• Prepare presentation slides for training wherever necessary
• Prepare necessary media such as videos for automated training

Conduct skillset assessments to ensure our advisors maintain the required standard of skills and knowledge

• Prepare assessment materials such as case studies and scoresheet
• Coordinate time slots for assessments

Tracking of performance

• Prepare tracking sheet weekly, monthly and quarterly to monitor the progress of advisors
• Provide timely updates to the Training Division Director

Administrative (with the Training Assistant):

• Create and maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
• Coordinate booking of training rooms and prepare set-up
• Send timely reminders of upcoming training sessions
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements and skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
