General Description

The Air Pricing Specialist will work closely with APAC countries, Air Procurement, Regional Pricing counterparts, Key Account Management and Business Development on the pricing aspect of the RFQ.

Key Tasks

The individual is responsible for:

• Analyzing RFQ materials and quotation forms
• Working with Sales to understand bidding focus and pricing strategy while ensuring/clarifying that all conditions of the tender are satisfied. This includes also understanding the customer’s needs and pain points.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in freight forwarding company and previous experience preferable from Tender Management or Pricing roles;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability;
• Experience in bidding process and independently managing the RFQ tender is preferred;
• Strong analytical mind ideally paired with operational experience to be able to quickly understand and challenge country bid input;
• Good project management skills to stay on top of multiple deadlines for multiple bids in parallel;
