Job Summary:
Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on expanding market reach, securing new partnerships, and fostering client relationships to achieve company goals.
Roles and Responsibilities-
• Proven experience in software sales and lead generation
• Able to analyse potential sales and see market conditions
• Meeting new clients, giving demo of our services and closing maximum deals.
• Approaching potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking and social media leads.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
• At least 5 Years of working experience in telecommunication industry is mandatory
• Experience with A2P messaging services / CPaaS is mandaory
• Familiar handling B2B or enterprise client especially in IT or Telecom Project in a plus
• Ability to manage accounts and maintain relationships
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building is necessary.
