- Location: East (Tampines), Singapore / Hybrid working mode
- Working hours: 9.00 to 6.00.PM / Monday to Friday
- Salary/ Benefits:
- Basic salary up to $5,500 (Commensurate with experience) - Average annual earning including commission and incentive and bonus - $80,000 to $150,000 or MORE

Responsibilities:
- Business development to identify and develop strong clients’ accounts, both new and existing business, to achieve sales targets. (Warm leads provided)
- Problem-solving and responsible to serve with urgency and commitment to support and fulfill clients and candidates needs.
- Conduct database and online search to match, interview, assess and place the right staff to meet customers' hiring needs diligently.
- Handle all administrative duties including typing of resumes, etc. and management reporting efficiently.
- Resourceful, multitasking and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE at least 3 years of SALES or SALES & MARKETING or BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT or CUSTOMER SERVICE experience.
- Maturity and commitment to work hard with a “never-say-die” attitude.
- A sales-oriented & service-driven personality and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
- Street-smart and has HIGH EQ.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and service mindset.
- A fast-learner, energetic, resourceful, focused & responsible individual.
- Possess excellent communication and written skills in English.
- Willingness to take the CEl Certification (Basic) examination and pass the exam before joining
- (You will be sent for a 3.5 days course and the exam is a 50 MCQ) - fully paid by the company.
