• Provide reliable data for cash flow projections.
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register.
• Review AR/AP ageing with long outstanding balances and follow-up with appropriate actions.
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST reporting.
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules.
• Prepare year-end statutory reports.
• Liaison with auditors & external consultant
• Ensures compliance with local government requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirement

• Basic Bookkeeping or Accounting qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting job, ability to maintain full set of accounts will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel and common accounting software

Job Description:

1. Survey market retail loans interest rates. Provide reasonable pricing advice based on the bank's assets and liabilities strategy. Improve the overall revenue for loan business.

2. Responsible for the research and development, planning and promoting all retail loan products.

3. Design the operating process for loan business. Improve standard operating documents.

4. Regularly carry out loans, customer data analysis and assist to prepare for business data submission.

5. Monitor potential risks and come up with prevention measures. Provide reasonable suggestions according to internal and external audit. Avoid compliance risks.

6. Responsible for CCAS (Consumer Credit Approve System) system management and maintenance. Submit CCAS requirement and optimize system.

7. Arrange training, inform sub-branches on the latest guidelines and notification, instruct sub-branches on the business.

8. Other works assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above from reputable university is preferred.

2. At least 1 years of relevant working experience in Loans business, product development, business analysis.

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, relationship building and interpersonal skills, can work effectively in both English and Chinese in oral and written skills so as to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and headoffice.

4. Other requirements

- Strong analytical skills with an investigative mindset. Enrich and manage data and translate insight into action.

- Broad and in-depth knowledge in Banking products, services and data.

- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and teamwork awareness.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Ownership of results and commitment to goals, ability to meet timelines, prioritize business needs and manage multiple projects requirements.

- Highly independent and self-motivated, fast learning and should be able to work with minimum supervision.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Marco, etc
