Qualifications and experience:

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:

• Accounting degree qualification which is recognised by ISCA, or have the ACCA or Chartered Accountant of Singapore qualification.
• a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience for senior associate level.
• a working knowledge of Caseware audit software and high proficiency in MS Excel would be added advantages.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of the purchasing function in the Company

This position reports directly to General Affairs HOD. Closely working with Procurement and Operations, primarily but not limited to handling and managing facilities-related operations and tasks.

Job Description:

• Assist the General Affairs HOD & Facilities & Procurement lead in the daily operations of the Singapore office and various warehouses island-wide
• Manage all aspects of daily facilities maintenance (M&E Services) / upgrading/repairs, support operations,
• Service contract administration, manage tenancy agreements, security, housekeeping and warehouse operations
• Plan, implement and execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading projects and monitor the work progress.
• Source for comparative vendors/sub-contractors to carry out facility maintenance/repair works
• To ensure day-to-day facility operations are carried out smoothly; oversee outsourced vendors on preventive maintenance and any other ad-hoc repairs/ enhancements.
• Conduct safety toolbox meetings and briefings to facility staff
• Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements and good support to various internal departments
• Address any facilities and/or operations-related queries staff, stakeholders and various regulatory authorities
• Supervise contracted staff from the appointed vendors and ensure that the vendors fulfill the service level requirement
• Develop or support in documenting the necessary SOPs, flows and Business Continuity Plans related to facilities
• Supervise contracted staff during the conduct of any related exercises and trainings to ensure their proficiency
• Support in project costing analysis, budgeting and maintenance of approved budget

Job Overview – Software QA Engineer

• Experienced with QA lifecycle, from writing test plan, thinking through test case design, performing test execution (new feature and regression) to defect management and retrospect. Familiarity with the end-to-end software development life cycle is helpful when collaborating with other teams.
• Perform and drive Manual testing, Automation Testing and Performance Testing.
• Fully document any bugs/anomalies identified in testing with instructions how to recreate them.
• Accurately record and maintain test results, and its progress to resolution.
• Configure, set up and maintain QA environments for testing.
• Collaborate with Client Services team to help perform root cause analysis of issues found in the production environment.

Educational Background and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, computer science or other related fields

• A self-learner proficient in testing procedures and test case design methods who takes the initiative to do further technical research
• Experience with coding in Java
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (i.e., Selenium, Appium)
• Working knowledge of API testing. Strong understanding of and experience in FIX (Financial Information eXchange), HTTP, WebSocket, JSON
• Familiar with database and SQL
• Experience with Unit Test Frameworks such as Junit, TestNG
• Proficient in Git version control system as part of SDLC
• General working knowledge of Linux or Unix operating system commands
• Familiarity with Performance Testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, etc
