Responsibility:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Manage and order office supplies
• Take minutes of meeting
• Check claims
• Assist and prepare of regular reports
• Open letter box
• Performing research and resources
• Enter information into data base
• Basic office maintenance and management
• Adhoc duties
