Social Media

• Build and manage the firm’s social media profiles and online presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant channels or networks
• Create and manage a rich online social media content calendar that attracts a qualified audience.
• Conceptualise and produce creative content for social media, employing various media (infographics, videos, etc.) and professional, persuasive copywriting techniques
• Perform media monitoring of key channels and themes of interest, as it relates to the firm’s industry and scope of expertise.

Marketing Campaigns

• Conceive and develop engaging and targeted Business-to-Business (B2B) content marketing strategies for the firm’s professional services, activities and branding initiatives.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate digital marketing campaigns with clearly-defined objectives, identification of target publics, messaging and creative media.
• Email (Newsletters) – Manage various external and internal email campaigns, including template designs, call-to-action, and creative copy used in our campaign broadcasts.
• Perform research-driven analysis on possible advertising opportunities – inclusive of print and digital media - as well as the media employed, identification of keywords for SEO purposes (for the web), etc.

Events Coordination

• Coordinate the firm’s participation in external events, including tradeshows, exhibitions and conferences
• Liaise and coordinate with event organisers, vendors and other stakeholders in fulfilling the firm’s requirements.
• Ensure the timely preparation of collaterals and equipment for use at these events.

Administration, Maintenance & Brand Compliance

• Manage and maintain the firm’s CRM systems/client database and report on new leads and opportunities, including monitoring and ensuring that all database records are up-to-date.
• Furnish month summary reports on the firm’s social media/web activity and growth and propose areas of further development, where applicable/necessary.
• As a member of the firm’s Brand Compliance team, to ensure the adherence to the approved application of branded elements in i.e., collaterals, proposal documents, and to advise on formatting requirements and execute changes, as applicable.

What we need:

Reporting to the VP Construction, this role will organize and oversee construction procurement and ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Job Scope

• Facilitate the business growth of company, and its clients, through ensuring the processing of client’s banking transactions, with high quality output and excellence management of risk
• Daily BAU
• Reconciliation of internal/nostro accounts i.e, Security and Cash related transactions
• Investigate messages that have issues on the process and ensure all investigation are monitored, follow up and resolved
• Participates Asia Operations projects, proactively drives and implements process enhancement and improvements, where necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, and / or professional qualification in Banking /Finance / Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Securities Operations
• Knowledge of the relevant MT1XX, MT2XX and MT5XX message types

Responsibilities:

• Assist to monitor daily alerts handling and documentation activities of the team and STR filing
• Review/ follow up on investigation reports conducted by analyst for completeness and timeliness
• Communicate with relevant business units in the investigation of cases and provide transaction monitoring advisory
• Review and clearance of sanctions alerts and escalations relating to trade finance transactions
• Conduct periodic sample checks and prepare reports on the quality of alerts clearance and documentation with proposals for improvement
• Review of TM threshold/ parameters
• Providing training/guidance to the analysts and business units
• Handling of queries from MAS, auditors and other external parties
• Conduct gap analysis on new/existing MAS Notices, Guidelines, Circulars
• Follow up on media reporting that requires review of customers’ transactional behavior
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the TM team lead from time to time.
• Assume as the covering officer for TM Team Lead when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business/related discipline and above
• At least 4 years experience in banking industry and 3 years in Transaction Monitoring
• A good understanding of Transaction monitoring and the
  fund flows relating to banking industry.
• Knowledge of sanctions and trade finance enhanced due
  diligence
• Previous experience in investigation and preparation of
  cases for STR filing
