• Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record
• Prepare documents for work pass applications, renewal and related matters
• Computation of casual labour pay and CPF contributions
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires
• Prepare and issue Letter of Employment to selected candidates
• Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employees
• Assist with exit clearance and offboarding of outgoing employees
• Provide support to various departments and operational teams

Requirements:

The Insurance Specialist (IS) is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. • Cooperate with four regional Operation Improvement teams worldwide to continuously improve the regional demand analysis and reporting capabilities and improve the quality of regional system requirements.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources, computer science, information management, or related fields.
• Project Experiences in system implementation and HR business processes for large groups or internet companies
• Strong ability to understand and analyze requirements, systematic and structured logical thinking ability.
• Has deep insight into business, highly sensitive to data, able to handle complex business models and independently complete configurations.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills; strong learning ability, self-motivation and stress resistance; possess high execution ability and a down-to-earth work spirit.
• Experience in implementing large-scale system projects such as SAP and Workday are preferred.
• Consulting industry background and experience in self-developed system projects are preferred
