Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working directly with an outsource vendor either as an Art Outsource Manager or as a Concept Art Lead
• 5+ years experience in the video games industry
• 2+ years experience of management experience
• Extreme proficiency in art fundamentals such as anatomy, composition, design, and color theory
• A clear understanding of the League of Legends art style
• Proven experience leading/mentoring teams and individuals. Growth minded and motivated toward teaching, enabling, and coaching other artists
• Experience giving thorough direction and delivering timely, clear, actionable feedback
• Strong background in concept art and a good understanding of technical limitations for 3D assets.
• A strong communicator and able to convey abstract/sophisticated ideas concisely in English or Chinese

Hands on in information IDMC cloud data pipelines creation, idmc data profiling and data quality, prior experience in migration from informatica DEI to informatica IDMC is highly preferred.

Involve in various stages of the systems development life cycle; adopting waterfall, agile or hybrid development methodology.

(b) Performs analysis, design and development of ETL processes to support project requirements

(c) Design and develop complex Informatica ETL mappings, sessions, workflows and maintain existing ETL/data warehouse processes.

(d) Prepare technical design specifications based on the projects and change request assigned.

(e) Conduct system integration testing and create test cases to ensure data quality prior to implementation.

(f) Resolve issues raised during user acceptance testing.

(g) Evaluate potential technical solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.

(h) Work with business partners during system implementation and manage
