Requirements:

• Should possess a degree or diploma in accountancy, business studies, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be proactive, meticulous, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

About the job

Your role involves:

• Providing comprehensive support for Oracle applications, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and service partners. Responsibilities include monitoring incidents, optimizing the release and deployment process, and overseeing ongoing development and support activities.
• Implementing and overseeing release processes for code across development, testing, and production environments. This entails managing change and ensuring successful deployment of all components.
• Handling escalations and Incident processes to deliver exceptional service to stakeholders. Acting as a bridge between users, internal teams, and stakeholders, you will prioritize user needs and ensure timely resolution of their requests to their satisfaction. Collaborating closely with technical teams, application, infrastructure teams, and internal stakeholders will be essential to resolve reported problems effectively.
• Reviewing the Oracle instance management strategy, ensuring tight alignment between Oracle instances and boundary systems for each testing cycle. This will involve planning instance refreshes as needed and handling Oracle service requests with appropriate prioritization and escalation.
• You will closely collaborate with the managed services team to ensure timely resolution of priority issues

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP.

Proven track record in cloud / Oracle Fusion will be of added advantage.
