Qualifications:

They are at the forefront of integrating traditional financial services with cutting-edge digital assets, offering innovative derivative investment products. They are actively expanding their team to drive an ambitious growth plan over the next 24 months.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting Leadership:

• Act as a senior individual contributor, leading and supporting critical day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly accounts, journal entries, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee month-end, half-year, and year-end close processes, including Financial Statements and General Ledger account reconciliations (e.g.,
• Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Accruals, Cash, and intercompany transactions).

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and submit quarterly reporting packs, budget plans, and presentations with variance analysis.
• Develop and manage cash flow projections, fixed deposits, and bank account administration.

3. Regulatory Compliance and Taxation:
