EDUCATIONAL / JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, with increasing responsibility.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a law firm, corporate legal department or professional services industry.

- An excellent level of spoken and written English language to facilitate communication within the office and throughout the Firm.

• Respond to all calls in a professional manner, route calls, take messages, and provide information to customers.
• Welcome all visitors and ensure that all security procedures are upheld.
• Oversees the smooth operation of the centre's administrative functions.

Requirements:

• GCE A Level and above
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical skills, integrity, the ability to multitask, and excellent interpersonal skills.
