Responsibilities:

Project Master Data Creation & Maintenance

• Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. WBS, fund, cost centre) in a timely manner upon request from stakeholders and in accordance with Summary of Procedure (SOPs).
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents provided by stakeholders.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in master data or documentation.
• Perform closing and re-opening of project codes timely as required to facilitate operations.
• Perform checks on master data, flagging exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure projects/grants documentation (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals) are well organised and maintained.

Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly management reports to research and supporting entities.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
• Undertake additional ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

You’ll be leading our Customer Experience team for our Startups business across APAC & Middle East, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The Customer Experience team here at Carta is a key part of the broader Corporations business unit. In APAC, we manage the full lifecycle of our~ 1,000 Private Markets customers, from early stage to IPO, and many of these companies drive the direction of our product and vision. The Engineering Project Management department is a team of experienced professionals who are assigned to projects to manage the technical scope of the project and to ensure the technical scope is executed in compliance to contractual requirements, internal and external codes, standards and regulations within budget and schedule.

Role description

The Deputy Site EPM will initially be based in the module yard and will report to the Site EPM, and (dotted line) the Construction Manager. The deputy Site EPM will transition to the integration yard after module load out. The Deputy Site EPM is the designated deputy for the Site EPM in the event of non-availability.

As deputy Site EPM you will:

• be the first point of contact for Site Engineering and Construction teams for engineering related matters.
• Be responsible for reviewing SiteTechnical Queries at the module yard and expedite responses within 5 working days during the construction phase.
• ensure that the site engineering team is adequately staffed to enable the yard.
• ensure all site impacted approved MOC scope is captured in a timely manner with an engineering deliverable issued to the yard or with a Site instruction/Job Card.

Role requirements
SBM Schiedam is looking for candidates who have a BSc. or MSc. within any relevant Engineering discipline (Piping, Structural, Process). You have at least 10 years of Engineering experience. Experience must include on-site construction engineering exposure. Candidate must have experience leading an international team in a multi-disciplinary projects. You have demonstrable experience in leading culturally diverse teams in a turbulent work environment.

What is this position about?

• The Electronic Client Solutions team are subject matter experts within the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) business, who provide clients with electronic trading platform related solutions that may relate to client onboarding, product enablement and other topics.

Primary Role Responsibilities

• Join a passionate team of professionals whose performance is critical to the success of BNPP’s mission of digitization.

• You will serve as a primary subject matter expert for BNPP’s electronic products including our award-winning single dealer platform (Cortex) and provide world class support for our electronic client base.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between BNPP, Clients and Vendors, managing all new and existing relationships and driving successful integrations with BNPP’s Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities product suite.

What is required for you to succeed?

· Understanding and experience of electronic trading platforms, liquidity management and pricing architecture.

· Understanding of complex client workflows and trade life cycles to ensure a successful and smooth platform and product ‘Go-Live’

· In-depth Knowledge of the FIX protocol (including STP solutions), troubleshooting complex technical issues and pricing queries.

· Experience automating manual processes using Python and SQL. Experience using LINUX, accessing logs and processing raw data

· Excellent interpersonal skills, good attitude, and strong communication / presentation skills

· Experience managing and implementing controls and audit processes

· Above all an out-of-the box, innovative thinker with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Required education/certification/licenses
