As part of the Client Solutions Team, the Business Development Manager will contribute to the growth of the business by converting sales leads locally and globally. Responsibilities:
⦁ Key Responsibilities
⦁ Align to the core values of the organisation and ensure execution meets the needs of all stakeholders and business objectives
⦁ Nurture clients & build relationships to turn clients to key accounts for workplace design services
⦁ Successful achievement of the agreed KPIs
⦁ Be the key contact of accounts to promote, negotiate and close contracts with client’s key decision makers
⦁ Responsible for stitching marketing content like profile, presentations, mailers and more using our standard marketing library
⦁ Responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities including new markets, growth areas to create sales leads locally and globally.
⦁ To conduct market research through established relationships and networking to identity, build and develop sales leads
⦁ Strategy Formation
⦁ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align, develop and execute high impact strategies to effectively communicate sales strategies, presenting and promoting of adrianse* services and value adds with differentiating factors
⦁ Maintain strong understanding of sales leads & market requirements for existing and future business needs, translating and communicating through marketing collateral with such emphasis to promote adrianse* capability to offer suitable solutions
⦁ Provide feedback from existing clients and prospects to assist in improving the products and services offered
⦁ As part of the Global Client Solutions Team, to maintain close liaison with its members to ensure regular alignments and updates of accounts. To actively collaborate with members to discuss strategies and distribute workload/ownership to ensure effective communication with clients
⦁ Deliver business reviews to the senior leadership team with account updates and progress
⦁ Solution Development & Customization
⦁ Collaborate with internal teams (including client solutions, marketing, and product) to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
⦁ Translate client requirements into actionable deliverables, working closely with the solutions team to ensure high-quality execution.
⦁ Understand industy trends and competitive landscape to position our offerings effectively.
⦁ Customers Fronting
⦁ Drive the RFP process by coordinating with internal resources for the preparation and delivery of the pitch, including design closure post award of the projects
⦁ Support Design and Project teams for smooth delivery of projects and meet the service expectations of the clients
Qualifications
⦁ Minimum 6 years of professional experience in workplace design or associated industries such as office furniture, technology, or related consulting services.
⦁ A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, design or a related discipline
⦁ Proven track record of successfully closing large deals at enterprise levels
⦁ Proven ability of building and maintaining a network of relationships and foster long term opportunities
⦁ Preferred knowledge in the Built Environment, including design tools such as BIM, Revit, Autodesk etc
⦁ Possess a strong network of industry contacts and potential clients
⦁ Experienced sales with a commercial background
⦁ High Proficiency in Google Workplace
⦁ High Proficiency in verbal and written English
