The Legal Director, ASEAN is responsible for managing all legal affairs within the ASEAN region, comprising Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and IndoChina, Indonesia and Philippines, and related factories. This includes providing strategic business-partnership to senior leaders within ASEAN on legal risks and opportunities, including strategic projects such as expansion and advice generally on the highly-regulated medicine/medical-devices space (such as OTC medicines and intimate-wellness medical devices) and corresponding regulated sales channels (such as pharmacy), and managing a team of lawyers across markets under ASEAN.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall function leadership and strategic business-partnership to senior leaders within the Region/Countries on legal risks and opportunities.

Job Requirement:

• Data Engineers with experience in Informatica, Microsoft Fabric typically have responsibilities centered around designing, implementing, and managing data pipelines and architectures that support data integration, transformation, and analytics within a cloud-based or hybrid environment.
• Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
• Build and manage ETL and ELT data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to orchestrate data movement and transformation across on-premises and cloud environments.

• Lead and provide guidance within the Transaction Monitoring and Sanction function
• Oversight of day to day Transaction Monitoring and Sanction function and monitor aging status

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle all stakeholders
• Good working knowledge in local rules and regulations
