No unauthorised persons shall travel on the vehicle unless there is prior approval from the Authority.
• The qualified drivers shall ensure that the body bags are properly sealed prior to departure from a scene or hospital to the location directed by the Authority. Any lapses detected shall be reported to the on-duty officers promptly. The qualified drivers shall ensure that the cadavers collected are subsequently transported untampered to the location directed by the Authority, before a pre-determined timing daily.
• The integrity and evidential value of the cadaver shall be maintained and due care shall be exercised to prevent tampering or damage to the cadaver while the vehicle is in motion.
• The transport shall be based on stipulated guidelines from the Police and be adhered to.
