The primary objective of this role is to provide Health, Safety & Security (HSS) specialist services to our local offices and activities in APAC and to provide support to the global Head of Workplace Risk and Compliance.

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager assists the Senior Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the Food and Beverage operations, by ensuring and maintaining the strategic and tactical positioning as a world class operation. The position is responsible for supervising the overall success of the day to day operations by adhering to the standards, the long term positioning as well as achieving all established KPI’s in the areas of revenue/profit, cost and expense management, quality commitment, team morale, recruitment of the best international and local talent as well as ensuring and upholding the innovative and creative reputation of the division.

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analysing and disseminating actionable threat intelligence to support the organisation’s cybersecurity posture. This role involves evaluating external cyber intelligence sources, correlating data and synthesising this information to provide insights into the threat landscape facing the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor open-source and restricted channels for relevant threats, vulnerabilities and indicators of compromise.
• Assess exposure and impact through vulnerability and configuration information.
• Analyse malware, phishing campaigns and network intrusions to identify threat actors’ tactics, techniques and procedures.
• Develop and maintain threat profiles on adversary groups, detailing their objectives, capabilities and methods of operations.
• Create and disseminate threat intelligence reports to internal stakeholders, including executive summaries suitable for non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with the cyber security incident response team to provide real-time analysis during active security incidents.
• Collaborate with external partners, industry groups and government agencies to share intelligence and best practices.
• Monitor external attack surface and security posture and work with asset owners to remediate the findings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerability management or a related area.
• CISSP, CISM, GCTI certified.

Competencies

• Hands-on experience on threat intelligence platforms, EASM, SPM, SIEM and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Working knowledge on frameworks, best practices, industry standard scoring models such as MITRE, CIS, CVSS, EPSS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors (BOD), the Principal will lead the academic and non- academic team in the execution of professional duties and responsibilities to meet the academic, operational and financial targets of the school.

Strategic Leadership of the School

Curriculum Management

• Ensure alignment of the school's curriculum with the other schools within the EtonHouse Group in order to provide a smooth transition for students progressing within the EtonHouse Group.
• Ensure that teaching staff effectively implement the curriculum framework and maintain high quality pedagogy.
• Coach and support the teaching team to monitor, assess, document and maintain the evaluation and assessment of students' learning and development.
• Ensure that relevant and authentic evaluation and assessment of children's learning and development is maintained and documented, with appropriate updates and reports to parents where required.
• Ensure the school's operations and programme development aligns with the IB Standards and Practices to ensure ongoing accreditation with the International Baccalaureate as an IB World School.

Staff Management

Student Management

• Actively participate in the admission process of new students into the school.
• Ensure that student records are well-maintained with all required documents prior to admission.
• Responsible for the allocation of students to classes with consideration to be given to age, friendship groupings, previous class placement, learning and development considerations, and any other relevant factors.
• Responsible for ensuring that the required child-staff ratios in all classes are met.

Parent Management

• Build and maintain a professional and positive relationship with the parent community.

Marketing and Enrolment

• Lead the school's parent liaison team in building strong relationships with existing and prospective parents.
• Participate and lead marketing events and programs to promote the brand image of the school and the Group.

Financial Management

• Responsible for the financial performance of the school to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Accountable for the financial management of the school and adherence to approved financial budget.
• Responsible for setting the school's budget on annual basis and reviewing it regularly to ensure that the school has adequate resource to run effectively.
• Responsible to ensure that all school fees are collected on a timely basis.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure that accurate management report is submitted to the BOD on a monthly basis.
• Manage cost control in all aspects of school operations.

Communication with Head Office

• Provide regular updates on the school's performance to the CEO and BOD.
• Support the CEO and BOD in any other responsibilities assigned.

As a Security Engineer, the portfolio includes responding to intrusion alarm system activation, performing maintenance service, commissioning of alarm systems.
