Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Source and manage suppliers for components, products, and services in line with company requirements and the timely delivery of goods.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

Supply Chain Operations:

• Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, production, and finance) to align supply chain operations with business objectives.

This role is critical in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy by integrating multiple technology solutions into compelling offerings tailored to customer needs. You’ll work cross-functionally to develop, package, and promote comprehensive Precision AI capability across the Palo Alto Networks portfolio and our Platformization approach to holistic cybersecurity. Your Impact:

• Solution Integration & Packaging: Lead the end-to-end process of combining and packaging various technology solutions into cohesive, market-ready offerings that address specific customer challenges and use cases - geo focused and industry focused.

• Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new solutions, collaborating with product, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective positioning in the market.

• Handle and resolve escalated passenger complaints. Assist PRO Team as needed.
• Conduct briefings for the PRO Team covering daily events, VIPs/CIPs, expected activity, new or updated procedures, and items requiring extra attention.
• Move around and provide support in various PRO operating areas, including First Class Check-in, Customer Service Desk, Entrance, etc.

Your assignment

• To analyse, design, develop, maintain, and administer integrated plans and models, within and including the integrated planning solutions and tools, including preparation of technical documentation, user guides and training materials.
• To answer queries from end users relating to the integrated planning tool and models.
• To support the Business Navigation team in the capture, delivery, and prioritisation of planning, forecasting and simulation needs.
• To support with the driving of an integrated planning culture across the business, through use of this single source of truth on budgets, forecasts and plans for streamlining simulations, business steering, follow ups and management reports.
• Support on financial and commercial analytics or other relevant topics and analysis.

Your profile

• Experience with developing Planning Analytics / TM1 or similar OLAP / Functional databases solutions, broad understanding of data analytics, having worked for any part of the analytics cycle, with at least 3 years’ experience.
• Fundamental understanding of financial concepts and the core purpose of integrated planning across functions including designing data capture templates and workflows.
• Exposure to working on various planning models in financial, retail, logistics, human resources, as well as fundamental understanding of digital technology and computer science concepts would be an added advantage.
• Strong interest and passion in business navigation & analytics, with a hint of love for IKEA and Home Furnishing and our culture and values.
