Responsibilities:
· Able to establish channels and expand customer base rapidly, maintain customer relationship;
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings;
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales;
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
· Must have strong knowledge of blockchain industryDeveloping quotes and proposals for clients;
· Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand;
· Develop and explore business opportunities in blockchain technology via social media and other platforms;
· Able to produce and edit publicize brochure;
· Able to understand and explore customer needs, propose product optimization plans, enhance customer experience;
· Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Requirements:
· At least Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fired with 2 years of working experience in building strategic alliances, partnerships and business development;
· Knowledge of technologies, metaverse and blockchain/web3 will be a plus;
· Strong interpersonal skills and IT fluency will be a plus;
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
