Finance Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including AP/AR, P&L Statement, and Balance Sheet for the company and subsidiary.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Handle quarterly GST reporting to IRAS.
• Perform intercompany reconciliation of transactions and loan balances.
• Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, this individual will coordinate office activities, manage operational processes and maintain efficient systems to enhance organisational effectiveness.

The main functions of this exciting position include but are not limited to the following:

• Attend to visiting clients and call-in enquiries in a professional way
• Handle all incoming, outgoing, local and international mails and courier deliveries in a timely manner
• Support cross-departmental collaborations on internal and client events
• Manage the cleanliness and supplies of office, pantry and meeting suites
• Manage all aspects of space planning and enhancements (e.g., moving, changes to workstations)

Advanced Analytics:

• Develop and implement predictive models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract meaningful insights from large datasets specific to the Telco domain.
