KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities

• Maintain the safety of the environmental working conditions
• Provide full Health and Safety support from planning, implementation to completion
• Investigate accidents, and conduct safety inspections
• Maintain safety controls and process within the company’s policies and in accordance to ISO14001, Bizsafe, OHSMS18001 and other local statutory requirements.
• Establish a good rapport with the client, sub-contractors and government authorities.
• Conduct daily meetings and trainings for different departments
• Implement a comprehensive Site Safety Management System to manage risks and reduce accidents
• Enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act

Your Career

This is a senior, consultative sales strategy and execution role reporting to the Senior Director of the GTM Shared Services Business Office. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Leadership in complex portfolio-driven organisations and adjacent, similar markets. The Spectainer Product Development Team is looking for a product lead for our COLLAPSECON Operating Station (COS). The COS is the first automated machine of its kind in the world and the Product Lead – COS will primarily be responsible for understanding the challenges unique to executing the design for this system. The successful Product Lead – COS will grow their working knowledge of a wide variety of industrial work areas as needed. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will prioritise simple, first-principles solutions to design, efficiency, and quality challenges as they emerge.

Duties will include:

• Lead Spectainer’s COS design; collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to drive design and manufacturing changes to improve machine efficiency.
• Ensure updated documentation of drawings, 3D models and design.

As a Renewal Sales Representative, you are responsible for managing and closing assigned account renewal opportunities and business relationships in pursuit of an assigned revenue quota and on time renewal rates.

2. Provide quotation and related documents to customers to renew their hardware/software maintenance/subscription without delay.

3. Review purchase orders from customers to get renewal processed.

4. Prepare contract entry/update and invoice renewals in the system.

5. Prepare renewal summary report to Sales Manager.

6. Prepare quarterly revenue forecast report to Sales Manager.

7. Keep accurate records of all renewals in the system.

8. Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements.

9. Maintain account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in IT Sales/Admin/Engineer or Business Administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities

• Execute the responsibilities of a WSH Officer as required in the Workplace Safety and Health Regulations and regulations and Code of Practices
• Implement a comprehensive Site Safety Management System to manage risks and reduce accidents
• Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits
• Maintain the safety of the environmental working conditions
• Provide full Health and Safety support from planning, implementation to completion
• Investigate accidents, and conduct safety inspections
• Maintain safety controls and process within the company’s policies and in accordance to ISO14001, Bizsafe, OHSMS18001 and other local statutory requirements.
• Establish a good rapport with the client, sub-contractors and government authorities.
