Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualisation and execution of social media and content strategies for Omnia Office.
• Develop content for marketing campaigns, traditional and digital, across all platforms available for a wider reach towards the right target audiences
• Assist in managing social media platforms on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and Linkedin, which includes content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking
• Stay up to date on current marketing trends in the service office industry
• Contribute fresh and innovative ideas for video content & content that can effectively engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.
• Play a role throughout the marketing cycle in positioning, messaging, and storytelling hence you will have to craft and curate with your creativity!
• Pushing out video contents (Record & Edit videos)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies (advertisement agencies) to develop creative assets, marketing materials, and promotional strategies within the marketing budget.
• Partner with agencies to drive marketing strategy and execution with clear content briefs
• Conduct trend studies and market research on business owner and entrepreneur’s behaviour
• Planning, monitoring and managing campaign budgets to ensure cost effectiveness, delivery of campaign requirements and improvement in marketing ROI
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting campaign performance, providing analytical and strategic assessments, for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma and above or whichever is higher.

• Proficient in Canva and other editing software.
