• Provide administrative support on sales related tasks, including system maintenance

• Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for the design and thought leadership throughout the full life cycle of a customer's journey. The individual will have the opportunity to be engaged from pre-sales activities focusing on the development of leads, initial scoping, high level solution designing, estimation and statement of work generation. Then within the delivery phase you will work closely with our delivery teams to bridge the gap between the high level solution design and low level solution design.  Supporting the delivery implementation, providing guidance and leadership. Job Requirements

• Pre Sales Activities: Work with the Sales and Delivery Team to support the development of leads, estimates, resource planning, ultimately resulting in the production of a statement of work for the customer. 
• Solution Design: Creation of the high and low level designs and architecting systems in a cloud native fashion on any of the 3 major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). Provide review and quality assurance across the team’s output.

ENSURE TIMELY REQUISITION OF INVENTORY AND STOCK CONTROL FOR STATIONERY AND SUPPLIES FOR THE DEPARTMENT 

• Handle requisition, inventory and stock control for stationery and supplies for department  
• Process all purchase requisitions and verify invoices  
• Ensure timely delivery of inventory and stationery 
• Requisite and process order for water cooler  
• Coordinate toner order and servicing of photocopier  
• Assist to request user ID for newcomers and deactivate user ID for staff who resign

Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Update spots and remarks on Publicis’s proprietary billing platform based on actualized amount
• Generate proforma invoices for shared service team’s approval
• Resolving billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders e.g. media vendors, media, finance and shared service teams
• Billing status monitoring and reporting
• Participate in finance WIP billing meetings to make sure Client's invoices get processed and meet billing timelines

Other billing requirements include,

• Support requirements for onboarding of new suppliers
• Ensure 100% billing completion within three months of activity end date

Media Buying (Offline and/or Online)

• The day-to-day media buying for the agency
• Deliver excellent master contract pricing through negotiation and relationships with media owners, wherever applicable

This role is an individual contributor within the AP CCM team based in Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, analytical and a strategic thinker.
