1. At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in building operation and maintenance of building facilities.

Scope of Works:

1. To operate and run day to day AV and VC system for virtual and physical events.
2. Plan and manage schedule for multiple events (including multiple day events), to ensure setup and tests are done at least thirty (30) mins before event begins.
3. Responsible in ensuring AV and VC system are in good working condition by conducting predictive and preventive maintenance, daily, weekly and monthly routine inspection of equipment.
4. Produce weekly report of the maintenance checks for filing and checking.
5. Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests, investigate and initiate corrective actions for any service and equipment breakdown, or fault detected during routine check, servicing and maintenance.
6. Maintain an asset inventory with proper labelling as well as problem and incident reports.
7. Ensure the updating of the engineering systems information databases (such as drawings, operation and maintenance manual, etc.).
8. Coordinate and supervise the rectification of AV and VC defects, maintenance, replacement and upgrading works.
9. Coordinate and work with audio and visual equipment and cleaning contractors to set up meeting venues including seating arrangements and equipment.
10. Any other AV and VC system works or related works that arise from operational requirement.

Requirements:

1. At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in AV equipment operations, maintenance and facility management services.
2. The technicians shall hold minimum a NITEC/Higher NITEC in Facility Management or Mechanical and Electrical Services or equivalent.
3. Experience in broadcasting and live production or AV and VC operation and maintenance with supervisory responsibility.
4. Good understanding of hardware (cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound) needed to run professional videos and live streams.
5. Experience with filming equipment and studio production, with working experience on production sets or part of a production team.
