Roles and Responsibilities:
Ā· Assist PM in quotation submission to Client.
Ā· Prepare 2D & 3D Presentations/Design Drawings.
Ā· Gathers information needed to coordinate project.
Ā· Responsible in submitting drawings and materials for submission
Ā· Assist in preparation and submission of monthly progress claim for each project and retention claim for necessary projects.
Ā· Co-ordinate with and instruct sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship
Ā· Ensure project document control system effectively updates, reproduces, stores, retrieves, maintains document control logs, distributes and tracks all technical and design documents, supports technical & operations manuals and coordinates order change control process
Ā· Prepare correspondence, organization charts and spreadsheets including typing, formatting, collation and distribution.
Ā· Any other Ad-hoc administrative duties
Qualifications:
Ā· Bachelor's degree (prefers B.E. in Civil Engineering), Master Degree.
. Accounting and administrative knowledge.
Ā· Experience in Drafting of Drawing in CAD software.
Ā· Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project administration.
Ā· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ā· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ā· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ā· Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
