JOB SUMMARY

The Logistics Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the logistics team by coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good team work.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Packing and Receiving:

- Packing medications, medical equipment and consumables to deliver to GP clinics

- Receive goods from suppliers, ensuring its accurate and in good quality

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and perform periodical stocktakes

Maintain accurate inventory records such as balance qty, batch numbers and expiry dates

Ensuring First In First Out is practiced

Enter data into software to keep records - Basic computer skills required

Warehouse Management:

Ensuring warehouse is kept up to standard according to government protocols

Deliveries:

Driver licence class 3 required

Deliver goods to clinics around Singapore

Additional Responsibilities:

Any other assigned duties as requested by the management

• Successful candidate will be helping the manager in engineering data entry, follow up on customers queries, general office administration work etc.
• Candidate should possess ITE certificate and above, preferably in engineering related field
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently at times. Possesses initiative and good communication skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in an office environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform delivery duties and ensure timely collection and delivery of goods
• Assist in picking, sorting and packing of goods
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle
• Undertake storekeeper duties whenever required
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’ level qualifications and above
• 2 years delivery experience, preferably from transportation or distribution company
• Comfortable with driving 14ft lorry
• Has positive working attitude
• Class 3 driving license with clean driving records
• Candidate with Class 4 driving license would be an added advantage
• Familiarized with data entry, email and MS Excel

Responsibilities:

• Industrial Trends & Insights: Analyze market trends, data, and customer insights to generate ideas for NPD.
• Product Positioning: Define competitive positioning and unique selling propositions (USP).
• NPD Leadership: Oversee the entire NPD process, from concept to completion, including reformulations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead efforts with Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturers, R&D, and Quality for timely product delivery.
• Supplier Liaison: Source and coordinate with contract manufacturers and formulators; serve as the main contact for NPD discussions.
• Formula & Compliance: Review formulations and ensure ingredient/design compliance with regulations.
• Product Testing: Ensure understanding of product challenge tests, stability, and compatibility studies.
• Costing & Pricing: Research market prices, generate product costing, and propose pricing.
• Product Introduction: Conduct product training for marketing teams and sales leaders.
• Post-launch Management: Analyze product performance, manage feedback, and provide technical responses.
• CAPA Response: Address corrective and preventive actions raised by Quality.
• Standard Procedures: Contribute to and implement standard procedures aligned with industry and QMS standards.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and projects to meet company goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in product development or management within the cosmetics or skincare industry.
• Preferred Candidates with an interest in marketing within beauty, skincare, personal care, or similar industries is a plus.
