Job Description:

• Responsible for carrying out field duties according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and / or Operation Supervisor’s instructions.
• Perform unit start-up, shutdown and plant turnaround activities according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform planned rounds (Field / DCS) and take corrective action to maintain equipment and plant operations within safe operating limits and product quality compliance.
• Monitor unit performance to ensure safe and optimal operation of the plant equipment, pipeline distribution network and other facilities.
• Prepare process equipment for maintenance service, this includes line purging, LOTO.
• Take part in operating procedures development and prepare job pack documentation for equipment repair.
• Perform troubleshooting, resolve field operational issues and provide support for engineering, operation and maintenance teams.
• Execute according to production schedules and achieve operation targets in a cost-effective manner.
• Perform any other tasks which may be assigned to him by Ops Supervisor or Ops Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level certification with 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Candidates without any relevant experience will be considered as training will be provided.
• Experience in ISO-tanker unloading, incineration and water treatment operations will be added advantages.
• Candidate with a forklift licence is a plus point.
• Must be prepared to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• An effective team player with good communication skills.
