Purpose of the position:

Provide support to all warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packaging materials for packaging for outbound shipment. The incumbent is requires to conduct daily housekeeping at warehouse. Other includes the maintenance of all equipment, inventory accuracy and practice good hygiene in the warehouse.

Main responsibilities:

• Strict compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements relating to safety and health, accident prevention and industrial hygiene.

• Complete the Put Away form, indicating the locations of the inventories placed for proper storage conditions and to input into the SAP system.
• Co-ordinate and perform restocking of materials by picking out inventories from the VNA racks using the restock form generated by the shipping section to ensure timely supply of outbound shipment.
• Perform filling and documentation.
• Perform cycle count in daily basis.
• Perform packaging for outbound shipment with following necessary instruction and regulations.
• Verify customers’ returns goods against the receiving documents and deliver it to the designated stations accordingly for re-working.
• Perform all daily maintenance first parade task check for all equipment prior use.
• Ensure warehouse area is kept appropriately clean and tidy.
• To execute all duties faithfully and responsibly in accordance to written procedures and to immediately report all observations of cGMP/GDP non-conformances.

Key Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate (Programme) is a key member of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) team, supporting the planning and delivery of programmes and initiatives that promote active ageing and enhance the well-being of seniors. Reporting to the Programme Executive/Centre Supervisor, the Associate will assist with day-to-day operations, outreach activities, and engagement with seniors to foster a vibrant and inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Support:

• Assist in the execution of programmes and activities aligned with the five domains of the Active Ageing Programme (AAP): Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, and Vocational.
• Set up, manage, and facilitate daily activities, workshops, and events for seniors.
• Gather feedback from seniors on programme participation for review and improvement.

Community Outreach and Engagement:

• Conduct door-knocking and outreach activities to identify and connect with seniors in the community.
• Support efforts to engage isolated or vulnerable seniors and encourage their participation in AAC activities.
• Build rapport with seniors to foster trust and understanding of their needs.

Volunteer and Partner Engagement:

• Assist in coordinating volunteer involvement in activities and programmes.

Administrative Support:

Job Description:

• Prepare workstations at the start of processing & clean and reinstate workstations after processing.
• Handle frozen/chilled fish/seafood processing by types of equipment with various components including processing (cutting, trimming, deboning & deskinning etc), packing (vacuum packing & strapping etc ) and storing of products.
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Ensure that all food hygiene and safety standards are met and keep up to date with industry standards.
• Perform other food manufacturing duties assigned by the supervisor, as needed.

Requirement:

• Able to work in a cold environment, comfortable with repetitive work activities, working in accordance with schedules, operating machinery and working with cold materials.
• Training will be provided to applicants with little to no experience in operating processing types of equipment.
