POSITION SUMMARY

As an Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will own the SAP FICO area. You will provide level 2 and level 3 support (in collaboration with vendors) to Global Gradiant Finance users on SAP S/4HANA system. You will participate in enhancements, projects, training, audit, DR refresh and other such activities. Maintain good rapport with users and constantly search for improvements in the SAP FICO space including identifying training needs and system changes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Provide support for Global Finance business stakeholders to ensure the questions/tickets are resolved within SLA in a manner approved by the stakeholders.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
