KEY JOB PURPOSE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience in related field
• This is a full-time hybrid role.
• Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5:30pm

• Leadership: Overseeing teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes, and promoting a safe working environment
• Quality: Inspecting work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications
• Time management: Planning, scheduling, and executing tasks efficiently to meet strict timelines
• Communication: Communicating project progress to senior management and clients

• Subcontractors and deliveries: Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and deliveries

• Assisting with shipping documents and invoices
• Performing of general housekeeping within the workplace and maintaining of a safe working environment
• Preparing of shipping document and import/export documentation.
