Strong service field orientation with a proven, demonstrable track record of having completed on-board installations, repairs and servicing of Radar`s, Gyro`s, Echo sounders, Speed logs, GMDSS equipment, Inmarsat terminals, Satellite TV systems, BNWAS, ECDIS, SVDR`s, AIS, LRIT, VTMS, VSAT, etc.

Pleasing personality, good interpersonal and communication skills.

An ability and willingness to adapt to on-shore installations and project execution (and pre-sales related activities, as required).

Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.

Ability to execute maintenance contract.

1. Oversees and fulfills same job responsibilities of designated associates and operational area within a location; including directing day to day workflow of assigned associates, monitoring the warehouse and yard activities, coordinating delivery scheduling and dispatch duties, handling customer and delivery inquiries, receiving and stocking, cut lumber activities, customer complaints and issues and inventory assistance and support.
2. Coordinates Yard/ Warehouse associates and Drivers workload, arranging duties, dispatch of product deliveries and pick-ups, yard and warehouse activities and provides input of departmental needs.
3. Efficiently manages paperwork; ensuring timely submittal of requisitions for replacement stock, accurate data entry of returns, delivery notations, confirmation of inventory shipments/ receipts and other customer updates and follow-up.
4. Maintain Yard/ Warehouse layout standards and protocol; ensuring adherence to yard set up standards and yard/ warehouse areas are clean and kept up.
5. Partners with Sales; ensuring service level standards are met or exceeded, including prompt pick up of customer product returns and on-time delivery of goods and processed in a timely manner.
6. Open communication with location managers regarding challenges, possible solutions and business impacts.
7. Performance management of designated associates limited to job and local hands on training, supervising cross training, monitoring required Driver, Safety and company system training and day-to-day direction of associate

 - Make orders for construction materials and other items as requested.

 - Ensure timely delivery of orders.

 - Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance to PO and verification of DO for preparation of payment.

 - Call for quotations and source for new supplies if need and recommendation of award.

 - Follow up on complaints on product quality

- Interact closely with suppliers and Engineer to resolve quality issues.

 - Process and generate PO/RO

Qualifications:

 - GCE O/A Levels or Diploma qualifications.

 - At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

 - Proficient in Microsoft Office.

 - Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in Civil

· Document Control support for QA / QC records & documents

· Involved in Non-conformance investigation and follow through Corrective Action Reports

· Provide assistance to the quality team for Client and Internal reports.

· Monitor and update calibration register for all measuring equipment, and arrange recalibration as required

Responsibilities:-

• Receive goods from suppliers and contractors and file up GIR / QC Report.
• Check for over shipment or short shipment against the purchase order.
• Report discrepancy on goods received to the Supervisors.
• In the event of an item being rejected by the requisitioner upon receipt, he shall indicate that item in the D.O. and state the reasons for rejection.
