Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance plans, standards, and protocols for production or project management.
• Review project specifications and engineering drawings to establish quality standards.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, ISO standards and regulations.
• Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
• Identify and document any quality issues, non-conformance and corrective actions.
• Providing guidance and advice to the Project Manager on significant changes to the quality management system with direct impact on site operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related filed.

• Up to date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices.

Job Summary

The main function of this job is to generate maximum output of quality products through effective use of assigned resources and assets. To achieve this goal, this position has:

• technical skills in optimizing / maximizing production, yield and product quality
• implement and maintain quality systems, improvement projects and other initiatives.

Operation and performance

• Achieve line and batch efficiency and output requirements as targeted by superior / management.
• Maximize output by reducing downtime through monitoring and controlling changeover / maintenance / breakdown time.
• Produce the right quality by managing all CCPs and quantity according to the process order.
• Ensure proper product labelling, coding and other information accurately.
• Carry out the right cleaning, sanitation and GMP according to Quality System requirements.
• Proper handover before going on leave / changeover shift.

Improvement projects
