Job Responsibilities

• Perform programming and troubleshooting on cnc machines
• Set-up and operate DMU60-eVo > CNC Milling High End Machine (5 Axis)
• Set-up and operate Mazak Integrex e-420H-II > CNC Turning & Milling Machine (5 Axis) such as Multitask CNC Machine
• Programming and drawing using Mastercam 2018 software on 3D and 5 Axis

Requirements:

• Prefer with experience in operating (DMG) DMU60-eVo CNC milling 5 Axis machine
• Prefer with experience in operating Mazak Integrex e-420H-II CNC turning & milling 5 Axis machine
• Able to read and understand all types of engineering drawing
• Knowledge of Mastercam 2018 software
• Experience in Funac control and Mazaktrol control an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality checks for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products, ensuring adherence to inspection criteria, quality plans, and finishing work per method statements.
• Work with QA, Process, Engineering, and Product teams to address quality issues, perform audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and control supplier quality standards, ensuring compliance with required specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports, coordinate site visits, and liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and Authorities for certifications.
• Provide training to workers on method statements and ensure compliance with construction and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Manufacturing or Quality Engineering.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a Product Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485, 45001) is a plus.
• Understanding of quality requirement of DMA Modular Prefab MEP product, Materials Selection, Fabrication, Assembly and Inspection will be an advantage.

The Technical Manager Service is responsible for the handling of all technical aspects of the service activities of the Company, in particular:

• Technical support of commercial service personnel and customers directly
• Service support, including commissioning of new equipment, repairs, modifications, warranty repairs

Job Description:

1. To receive inquiries, take note of the caller’s particulars such as name, position, Company, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other relevant details for subsequent follow-up by sales staff.
2. To prepare invoices, monthly reports for consolidated billing.

Job Descriptions:

• To be involved in new project management time to time and be responsible for document preparation and other paper works, as well as co-ordination with contractors & Vendors.
• To manage all Mechanical & electrical Instruments spare parts and tools.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team to completion of tasks
