Managing Education Programs

• Managing interfaces with other contractors working on the project.
• Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings; applicable code and standards, and construction schedule and cost.
• Prepare report and method statement.
• Monitor ongoing site activities.

Job Requirements:

• Exposure into Interior and Building Construction Project is an advantage
• Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.
• Extensive experience in construction industry and project management.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• To liaise with all government agencies pertaining to all DG license applications and / or renewals.
• To support various departments in reading SDS to define the appropriate storage locations.
• To carry out periodic reviews of SOP and audit, to ensure that all DG operations are carried out in compliance with applicable local regulatory requirements and policies.
• To support Compliance Manager in managing group ISO documentation and audits.
• To carry out any ad-hoc tasks, projects or assignments assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling DG cargo and well verse in reading SDS.
• Knowledge in DG regulatory matters is a must.
• Keen to learn and willing to take responsibility.
• Able to communicate and work well with various departments to improve work processes.
• At least a Diploma in Chemical science.
• Able to work within short notice.

Requirements

- Diploma in IT or related fields

- IT knowledge required (have experience building a PC from scratch)

- At least 3 years experience in photocopier or related industry

- Possess a valid Class 3 licence and above.
