• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and market trends.
• Monitor and analyze market conditions to ensure competitive pricing and cost savings.

5. Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to procurement activities, including supplier performance.

6. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Finance, Logistics, and Operations) to align procurement with company needs
• Train and supervise procurement assistants and junior team members.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree, Diploma or equivalent Min 2 years’ experience.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with peers.
• Detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and managing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
