Overall Responsibilities:

• Support the main classroom teacher in the implementation of daily programs to facilitate learning.
• Work with groups of students under the teacher’s direct supervision.
• Supervise the playing of educational games.
• Work with students who have varying degrees of learning support needs.
• Ensure that students adhere to the school’s behaviour policy.
• Prepare work and activities in accordance with the objectives set by the teacher.
• Assist the teacher in helping with the student’s physical needs, whilst also encouraging independence.
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, prepare art and craft materials, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom
• Use positive discipline techniques at all times.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
• Being part of the team, you will participate in parents and community engagement activities.
• Give feedback to teachers on students’ progress.
• Any other related duties as requested by the Head of School.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood.

• Develop and produce 3D and 2D constructible drawings using Revit/CAD.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors for CSD and MEP installation.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, ensuring compliance with structural and architectural requirements.
• Generate clash detection and relevant reports from 3D models.
• Ensure drawing documentation aligns with quality standards and project specifications.
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and consultants for drawing submissions and updates.
• Maintain electronic filing systems and monitor quality assurance processes.
• Support project managers and factory teams with related tasks.

Requirements:

• Min. ITE in related fields, with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Prificient with Revit and CAD.

As Managing Director you will:

• Continuous quality control and monitoring of all editors in the office and actively address improvements where required.
• Liaise with the section leaders from China offices.
• Organize training courses for all editors in the office.
• Lead the scholar visiting activities in the office, including editors, authors, society representatives, university leadership and industry, with a view to understanding their professional and organizational needs and ongoing market developments.
• Analyze the editorial data in the office, and prepare the report to the management team

• Ph.D. degree in all fields
• Strong English skills in written and spoken language

• At least 5+ years of professional experience with scholarship publishing
