Management Trainee (Korean BBQ/ LiveBar / Teochew Cuisine)

• Working days & hours: 6days, 10hrs
• Location: Clarke quay / Hillcrest Park
• Salary: $3000 - $3500 + Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers
• Handle cashiering duties and banking duties
• Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers
• Help prepare and clear the tables for restaurant patrons
• Attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally
• Assist in the serving of the menu-items to restaurant patrons at their seats
• Ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant

Job Description:

• Set up tables and prepare the outlet for service.
• Take orders, serve guests, and handle requests promptly.
• Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow tasks assigned by the Duty Manager/Supervisor.

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 -2 years of working experience in the F&B field.
• Able to commit to the working hours required on Weekends and Public Holidays
