Job Description:

• This position is responsible for ensuring proper and efficient preparation of patient, staff and banquet meals in their respective section.
• The responsibilities are as stated below.
• Ensure all meals are prepared accordingly to their specifications.
• Prepare all therapeutic diets according to specification.
