We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Program Manager or Key Account Manager to join a reputable company in the aerospace industry!

Responsibilities

· Supervise all aspects of Front Office operations and assist with all Reception tasks including check-ins and check-outs when required.

· To welcome and bid farewell to all VIP guests.

· To develop and maintain relationship with house guests and provide personalized service whenever possible.

· Coordinate and work closely with Housekeeping and Facilities department to ensure on the overall quality of guest experience.

· Address all guests’ feedback and concerns professionally and providing service recovery when required.

· Record all guests’ feedback into the Duty Manager’s Log for Management and all departments attention or follow up if required.

· Make sound decisions to handle any operational challenges that may arise in the absence of the Management.

· Ensure that arrival rooms are assigned accordingly and monitor room inventory closely to maximize revenue.

· Be familiar with all Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and responsible for conducting training for Front Office team.

· Ensure that all Finance related procedures and policies are adhered to.

· Form part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and be familiar with all emergency procedures.

· Conduct regular patrols on hotel premises and report any security concerns, defects or issues with cleanliness in the public area / guest corridors to the relevant departments.

· Assume other responsibilities as designated by Front Office Manager.

Requirements

· Candidates should ideally be currently holding a Supervisory role for at least 1 year.

· Service-oriented and take pride in delivering exceptional guest service.

· Flexible to perform rotating shifts, including overnight shifts and on Weekends/Public Holidays.

• Develop Integration and Test Strategies: Create and implement strategies, architectures, and platforms to facilitate efficient and secure data exchange and workflow across systems.
• Coordinate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, software development, and business units, to gather integration requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Design and Deploy Solutions: Design, test, and deploy integration solutions, such as APIs and middleware, to connect disparate systems and enable data synchronization.
• Monitor Performance: Monitor the performance of integrated systems, identify bottlenecks or issues, and apply necessary adjustments or enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Manage Integration Environment: Ensure proper version control, configuration management, and compliance with data security and privacy standards.
• Training and Documentation: Facilitate training sessions and create documentation for IT staff and end-users to ensure they understand the integration processes and can troubleshoot common issues.
• Provide associated documentation, according to internal process.

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• Experience working within a Systems Engineering lifecycle
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Senior Engineering role
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience in IT/Security/C2/defence related projects from a Systems Engineering perspective
• Good knowledge on how large projects are managed
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong liaison and stakeholders management skills
• Strong motivation to be involved in all phases of a project life cycle, from bids to project completion

Desirable Requirements:

• Membership of relevant professional organisation, e.g. PMP, ITIL, INCOSE, Institution of Engineers, etc.
• Experienced in integration of large and complex software systems

Requirements:

• Certificate from a recognized Hotel Training School (or Culinary Institution) or an appropriate amount of progressive work experience to waive academic qualifications.
• Basic cocktails, wines, spirit and specialty coffee knowledge an advantage
• Experience operating Point of Sales System an advantage

• Engaging with stakeholders in front, middle and back-office across Trading business and technology to ensure alignment on key deliverables and timelines.
• Providing regular updates and following up on action items at working group across multiple workstreams in the project
• Manage project issues, form and execute actions to overcome blockers to the project implementation
• Plan and execute with the project team on key aspects of the project including requirements gathering, development, testing and eventual production release.
